RECIEVING AN ORDER FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHOM YOU ARE ALREADY PROCESSING A CHILD SUPPORT WITHHOLDING FOR.
Answer in detail:
When you receive a new income withholding order for an employee whom you are already withholding a child support obligation for, please check the case number on the order with the case number of your existing case in the site. If they are the same, just update the existing case. If they are different the new case needs to be pulled in by clicking on the Add New Case button. If there isn�t a child support case number on the order, please don�t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to look it up for you.
The child support case number is also called the ISETS case number in our site. On the income withholding orders it is called the remittance ID and the Order ID.
Payments process by the employee�s SSN and the child support case number (ISETS #).
The child support case number has no alpha in it. Indiana Court cause numbers always have alpha.
