HOW DO I CHANGE OR DELETE A VERIFIED PAYMENT?
Answer in detail:
CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE UNTIL 5:00PM ON THE CUTOFF DATE.
CLICK ON REGULAR PAYMENTS. IF YOU CHOSE A PAY GROUP WHEN YOU SUBMITTED THE PAYMENT, YOU MUST CHOSE THE SAME PAY GROUP AND THEN CLICK ON VIEW PENDING PAYMENTS. CLICK ON THE RED TRANSACTION NUMBER, CLICK ON STOP PAYMENT SUBMISSION. YOUR PAYMENT IS NOW A SAVED PAYMENT. CLICK ON SUBMIT PAYMENT IN THE BLUE AREA AND THEN CLICK ON VIEW SAVED PAYMENTS. CLICK ON THE RED TRANSACTION NUMBER, CLICK ON UPDATE PAYMENT, MAKE YOUR CHANGES AND THEN SUBMIT AND VERIFY YOUR PAYMENT AGAIN. IF YOU WANT TO DELETE THE ENTIRE PAYMENT YOU CAN DO IT FROM THIS SCREEN BY CLICKING ON DELETE THE PAYMENT.
