HOW DO I CHANGE THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF A PAYMENT.
Answer in detail:
If doing the entire process under one ID. Go to the blue area, click on Submit Payment. Then click on View Pending Payments and click on the red transaction number. Re-verify the payment with the correct date.

If you are using the two ID process, sign on under the Verification ID, go to the blue area and click on View Pending Payments, click on the red tranactions number and re-verify the payment with the correct date.

Please note that the Effective date can only be no less than two business from the current date.
