CHANGING THE AMOUNT DUE FIELD ON THE POSTING SCREEN??

The court order information is for your benefit and can be changed to meet your needs. You can change the court order information to reflect the amount you should pay in accordance with your pay schedule or to reflect a court order modification. The total amount shows up on the payment input screen. To do this click on Employee Search and pick one of the search types, fill it out and click on search. The Employee Information screen should appear. Scroll to the bottom and click on View Case Information. Click on the red UPDATE next to the case you want to change. Change the Current and Arrears to add up to the total you want to appear on the payment input screen
