GETTING HELP?? Answer in detail:To receive help fast, go to the Logon screen and click on Website Administration. This will bring up the Supportnet email. Type your message and hit send. This message will be sent automatically to both Charay and Mary. One of them will get back to you ASAP. We don�t mind if you call us directly but if have to leave a voice mail it may take awhile before we can get back to you. Our email is up all day and Supportnet emails get first priority.
