CHANGE OR CANCEL A VERIFIED PAYMENT?

You can only change or cancel a Verified payment if it is done before 5:00pm the day of the Cutoff Date. Click on View Pending Payments on the Submit Payment screen. Click on the red Transaction number. Scroll to the bottom of the screen. If you want to delete the payment, you can click on Delete Payment at that point. If you would like to change an amount you need to click on Stop Submission. This action Changes the status of the payment to a Saved Payment. The payment is now no longer Verified or Submitted. On the Submit Payment screen click on View Saved Payments. Click on the red Transaction number. Scroll to the bottom and click on Update Payment. Make the changes needed then click on Submit to Verify to resubmit the payment and then Verify it.
