Answer in detail:If you are unable to find the case you are looking for in the case listing, click on CASE NOT FOUND and you can add an unidentified case using the information from the Income Withholding order. This will create an Unidentified Case. Once our office receives the Unidentified case payment and case info, we will fix the problem and contact you so that the Unidentified case can be UPDATED.
